Team Calendar

See who's in, who's off, and who's working from home, across the whole company or filtered by team.

Overview

The Team Calendar is a month-view or week-view calendar showing all approved leave, public holidays, working-from-home days, and scheduled shifts for your organisation. It updates in real-time as requests are approved and shifts are assigned.

Filtering

  • By department, view only the Engineering team, for example
  • By leave type, filter to show only sick leave, or only parental leave
  • By employee, search for a specific person's schedule

Calendar sync

TimeLeaf can push approved leave to external calendars so your team's availability is always visible in the tools they already use:

  • Microsoft Outlook, appears in employees' Outlook calendars as all-day events
  • Google Calendar, syncs to a shared "Time Off" calendar in your Google Workspace
  • iCal feed, a public read-only URL that any calendar app can subscribe to

Public holidays

TimeLeaf includes public holiday calendars for 40+ countries. Go to Settings → Public Holidays, pick your country/region, and public holidays will appear on the team calendar automatically and be excluded from leave balances.

You can assign different holiday calendars to different employees. Useful if your team spans multiple countries.
