General settings
| Setting | Description |

| Company name | Shown in emails and the workspace header |
| Timezone | Default timezone for all dates and notifications. Employees can override in their profile. |
| Date format | MM/DD/YYYY (US), DD/MM/YYYY (UK/EU), or YYYY-MM-DD (ISO) |
| Week starts on | Monday (default) or Sunday. Affects the team calendar view. |
| Fiscal year start | Month when the leave year resets (e.g., January for calendar year, April for UK) |
| Working week | Which days are working days (used for leave calculations). Default: Mon-Fri. |
Email notifications
Go to Settings -> Notifications to control which events trigger emails, and to whom. You can configure separate notification rules for Admins, Managers, and Employees.
Workspace URL
Your workspace URL (e.g., acme.timeleaf.io) is set during signup and cannot be changed after provisioning. To use a custom domain (e.g., leaves.acme.com), contact support. Available on Professional and Business plans.

Data export
Admins can export all leave data as CSV at any time from Reports -> Export. Exports include all employees, leave requests, balances, and policy assignments. Data is available for the full history of your workspace.
