How does the 7-day free trial work?

Enter your credit card to start a 7-day trial with full access to all features of your chosen plan. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before day 7 and you'll pay nothing.

How does per-employee pricing work?

Each plan includes a base number of employees. If your team grows beyond that, you pay a small per-employee fee for each additional person. You only pay for active employees. Archive seasonal workers when they're off and reactivate them when they're back.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep full access to TimeLeaf until the end of your current billing period, whether monthly or annual. There are no refunds, but nothing shuts off early. You'll have plenty of time to export your data and transition smoothly.

Does auto-renewal apply?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel any time before renewal from your account settings.

Do I pay for part-time or seasonal employees?

You only pay for active employees. Archive seasonal workers when they're off. They won't count toward your plan. Reactivate them when they're back, and their history is preserved.

Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
