Overtime Broadcasting and Recruitment Suite are included at no extra cost on Enterprise and Managed plans. Client Invoicing is $49/month on every plan from Professional up. On-Call Scheduling is billed per employee on every plan, including Enterprise — it isn’t bundled free anywhere. Every plan also includes 5 GiB of candidate résumé storage on the careers page; Starter, Professional, and Business are metered at $1.50/GB-month above that, while Enterprise and Managed get it included and unmetered. Non-metered add-ons get a 12% discount when billed annually.

How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up with your work email and get 14 days of full access to every feature of your chosen plan. No credit card required, and we never charge you automatically. When the trial ends your workspace is paused and your data is kept for at least 30 days. Subscribe in that time and it reopens with everything intact; after that we may delete it.
How does per-employee pricing work?
Each plan includes a base number of employees. If your team grows beyond that, you pay a small per-employee fee for each additional person. You only pay for active employees. Archive seasonal workers when they're off and restore them when they're back.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time, and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrading credits you for the unused time on your current plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access to TimeLeaf until the end of your current billing period, whether monthly or annual. There are no refunds, but nothing shuts off early. You'll have plenty of time to export your data and transition smoothly.
Does auto-renewal apply?
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel any time before renewal from your account settings.
Do I pay for part-time or seasonal employees?
You only pay for active employees. Archive seasonal workers when they're off. They won't count toward your plan. Restore them when they're back, and their history is preserved.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes! We offer special pricing for early-stage startups and non-profit organizations, and promo codes are accepted at checkout. Reach out through our contact page and we’ll set you up.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and can arrange invoicing for annual Enterprise plans.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for any plan. You only pay your subscription fee. Enterprise customers may opt for professional services for custom integrations.
